"Belle vue", French for Beautiful view, is an apt name for our extra virgin olive oil. Grown and produced locally in Carmel Valley, our trees enhance the beautiful view captured on our label.

Belle vue is the result of our family's dream to bring a provincial style French olive oil to California. With our modest planting we are only able to produce a limited quantity each year, by first hand selecting and then cold pressing the olives using a granite mill stone.

Our delicate oil is then naturally decanted for optimum flavor. We hope you love the distinctive flavor of our micro-produced Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
